What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your name, contact details, and project information so we can prepare your estimate and reply. We do not collect anything else, and we never buy or sell personal data.
How we use it
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, schedule surveys, and — if you become a client — to deliver your project. With your permission, we may send occasional project updates; you can opt out at any time.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Client project records are kept for 7 years to support warranties and building certifications.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@juniperhollowbuilders.com. We respond within 30 days.
