Quotes & contracts
All quotes are free, fixed, and valid for 90 days. Work begins only under a signed contract that documents scope, price, programme, and stage payments. Verbal promises aren't part of any agreement — if it matters, we write it down.
Changes to scope
If you ask for changes mid-project, we price them in writing before proceeding. No variation is ever invoiced without your prior written approval.
Payments
Payments are due at agreed milestones for work completed and signed off. Late payments beyond 14 days may pause scheduling until resolved.
Warranties
Essential projects carry a 2-year workmanship warranty; Signature and Estate projects carry 5 years. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you in full.
